Betting and Game Rules

This page sets out how play works at Fatbet Casino: how stakes are taken, how results are settled, what happens when a game fails, and how to ask us about a round. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and the rules built into each game.

General rules that apply to all play

These rules cover every bet, spin and hand placed on the site. Where a game's own rules differ from this page, the game's rules decide the outcome of that round.

  1. One account per person. Accounts are personal, and you may only play with funds held in your own account. We hold a gaming licence and check the identity of account holders before withdrawals are paid.
  2. Over-18s only. You must be 18 or over to open an account or place a bet, and we may ask for identity documents at any time.
  3. Real money and bonus balance are kept apart. The cashier shows which balance a stake will be taken from, and bonus funds are played under the terms of the offer they came with.
  4. Bets are final once placed. A confirmed stake cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back, including where a game is left open or the browser is closed.
  5. Stake limits apply. The minimum and maximum stake for each game, and any table limits, are shown in the game before you play.
  6. We may void a round or close an account where these rules are broken. This includes collusion, software used to automate play, and attempts to take advantage of an error in a game or an offer.

Before you confirm a stake

Check the amount and the balance it will come from. Once a round starts, the bet stands and the result is settled by the game.

How bets and spins are settled

Every round is settled by the game server, not by the screen in front of you. The server record of the round is what we use to debit stakes and credit wins.

  • The result held on the game server is final, including where the display, animation or sound on your device shows something different.
  • Each game is settled under its own rules and paytable, which you can open from the game's help or information screen before you stake.
  • The return-to-player figure for a game is shown in that game's information screen. It is a long-term average across many rounds and says nothing about a single session.
  • Wins are paid to the balance that funded the stake and appear in your account history, which you can look over at any time.
  • Where a round has been settled on the wrong amount, we correct the balance and tell you what changed.
  • Our records of stakes, results and balances are the records we rely on if a question is raised later.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

Software and hardware can fail. Where that happens, the affected play is not treated as valid.

  1. A malfunction voids all pays and play for the round or rounds affected. Stakes taken on a voided round are returned to the balance they came from.
  2. If your connection drops part-way through a round, the game is held open or settled on the server. When you open it again, it either resumes where you left off or shows the completed result.
  3. A round that cannot be resumed is settled at the stake, so the stake is returned and no win is paid.
  4. Jackpot and feature wins are paid only where the server record confirms them.
  5. Unfinished rounds left open for a long period may be settled automatically by the game supplier so that your balance is released.

If a game will not load or reopen

Close the game, open it again from your account, then check your balance and game history. If the round is still unclear, contact us by live chat or e-mail with the game name and the time you played.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and similar credits are played under the terms of the offer they came from. Those terms sit alongside this page and apply until the bonus is completed or removed.

  • Wagering is tracked against the bonus balance shown in your account, so you can see what is left to play through.
  • A maximum bet applies while a bonus is active. Stakes above it may void the bonus and anything won from it.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some games are excluded, as set out in the terms of the offer.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. Real money in your balance can be withdrawn as set out in the cashier.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the offer says otherwise.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to a schedule, so timing matters more than it does on a slot.

  • The dealer's call and the result recorded by the table system decide the round.
  • Bets must be placed inside the betting window shown on the table. Late bets are not accepted and are returned to your balance.
  • Each table has its own rules, side bets and payouts in the table's help screen, including how ties, splits and insurance are handled.
  • Table minimum and maximum stakes are shown before you take a seat and may differ between tables of the same game.
  • Where a card is misdealt, a wheel result is void or equipment fails, the table rules decide whether the round stands or bets are returned.
  • Chat at the table is moderated, and we may withdraw access to table chat without affecting your play.

Queries and disputes about a round

If you think a round was settled wrongly, tell us and we will check the server record of that round.

  1. Write to support@casinofatbet.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
  2. Give the game name, the date and time you played, and the round or game reference shown in the game history.
  3. We check the record of the round against your account history and come back to you with what we find.
  4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, our complaints procedure explains how a matter is looked into and escalated.

Taking a break

You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time. GamStop can block your access to UK-licensed gambling sites, and GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline offer free, confidential support. Play is for over-18s only.
