These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to every promotion, bonus, free spin, cashback offer and loyalty reward we make available to your account with us. They apply to all players holding an account on this site.

Each offer also carries its own rules, shown on the promotion itself or in the cashier at the point you claim it. Those rules cover the points that change between offers, such as the minimum deposit, the wagering requirement, the games that count towards it and the period in which it must be completed.

Where these documents differ on the same point, the one higher on that list applies. By claiming an offer you confirm that you accept these terms. If any part of an offer is unclear, please ask us before you claim it.

Who can claim

• You must be 18 or over and hold an account opened in your own name with accurate, current details.
• One account per person, household, address, device or network. Duplicate accounts are not eligible for offers.
• Your account must be open and not subject to a time-out, self-exclusion or closure request.
• Offers described as new-player offers may be claimed once per person.
• Some payment methods are excluded from some promotions. Excluded methods are listed in the cashier, and deposits made with them will not trigger the offer.

How to claim

1. Check that you meet the conditions published with the offer.
2. Opt in where opting in is required, or enter the promotional code exactly as shown.
3. Deposit at least the minimum amount stated for that offer, where a deposit is needed.
4. Confirm in your account that the bonus has been credited before you start playing.

Bonuses are not credited after the event. If you deposit without opting in, or without the code where one is needed, we will not be able to add the offer afterwards. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and any queued offers are credited in the order shown in your account.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to stake before bonus funds, or winnings from free spins, become cash you can withdraw. The multiplier, the amount it applies to and the time allowed are set out on each offer.

How wagering is counted

• Games contribute at different rates, and the weighting for each offer is published with it. Some games contribute nothing.
• Stakes above the maximum bet stated for an offer may not count towards wagering and may breach these terms.
• Bets on excluded games do not count. The excluded list is shown with the offer.
• Where you hold both cash and bonus funds, stakes are drawn in the order shown in the cashier.
• Bets that cover most or all outcomes of a single round, or that cancel each other out, do not count.

Terms you will see in our offers

If you request a withdrawal while a wagering requirement is open, any remaining bonus funds and the winnings tied to them are removed, and your withdrawable cash balance is paid out. Unused bonuses, free spins and winnings still subject to wagering expire at the end of the period stated on the offer.

Our offers are for players who use them in the ordinary course of play. Where play appears designed only to extract value from a promotion, we may act on it.

• Opening or using more than one account, in your own name or anyone else's.
• Acting with other players to claim the same offer, including play from shared devices or networks.
• Low-risk or hedged play, such as covering opposing outcomes to clear wagering without real exposure.
• Staking above the maximum bet set for an offer while wagering is open.
• Giving details that are incomplete or incorrect, or paying with a method not held in your own name.

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe an offer has been misused, we may withhold the bonus and the winnings from it, restrict promotions on your account and ask you to complete further checks before any payment is made. Our checks look at the play on the account, not at whether a player has won, and we confirm the outcome in writing. Deposits that remain unspent are returned to you. If you disagree with a decision, you can raise it with us through our complaints process.

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time, including where published terms contain an error or an offer has been affected by a technical fault. Bonuses already credited are honoured on the terms that applied when you claimed them, unless the bonus has been misused or we are required to act otherwise. Where a fault affects a round played with bonus funds, that round and any resulting balance may be voided, and our system records are used to put the position right.
